Refund Policy for Greenaway Videography
At Greenaway Videography, we strive to provide the highest quality videography services. We understand that situations can change, and sometimes you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Deposits and Payment

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and services. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the project.

Final payment is due 12 weeks before the event or shoot date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your event or project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 3 months before the event are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 3 months of the event are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate. Rescheduling is possible based on our availability and may require an additional fee if the new date falls outside of the originally agreed timeline.

Failure to Perform: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill the services as agreed due to reasons within our control (e.g., illness, equipment failure), we will offer a full refund for services not rendered. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to find a suitable alternative.

Client Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the video. We will work with you to address your concerns. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction unless we fail to meet the agreed-upon terms (e.g. poor video quality below 780p).

3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and products may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Rush fees

Travel or accommodation expenses

Custom editing requests

Third-party service charges (e.g., music licensing, special equipment rentals)

4. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions, government mandates), we may be unable to fulfill the services as agreed. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund based on the work completed.
