Welcome to Greenaway Videography, a videography service provider. By accessing and using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using the Greenaway Videography website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Greenaway Videography offers professional videography services, including but not limited to:

  • Event Videography (Weddings, Corporate Events, etc.)

  • Promotional and Marketing Videos

  • Video Editing Services

  • Custom Videography Projects

The details and scope of each project will be outlined in the individual contract or agreement signed between the client and Greenaway Videography.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: To secure our services, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the contract. This deposit ensures your booking is confirmed.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is due 12 weeks before the event or filming date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or Cash.

  • Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of 5% per day until paid in full.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for the following:

  • Providing accurate information about the event, location, and any specific requirements for your video project.

  • Ensuring appropriate permissions for filming at venues or locations.

  • Cooperation during filming: Clients must ensure that all necessary arrangements are made to allow filming to proceed smoothly (e.g., access to venue, permissions for subjects).

  • Location Access: If the shoot is at a private or restricted location, clients are responsible for ensuring access and permissions.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: In the event you need to cancel a booking, the non-refundable deposit is retained by Greenaway Videography. If you cancel less than 3 months before the event, you may be required to pay the full remaining balance.

  • Rescheduling: We will accommodate rescheduling requests based on our availability. Any changes to the event date may incur additional fees, especially if new arrangements involve additional travel or resources.

6. Refunds

Refunds are offered in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is outlined separately. Please refer to the refund policy for more information on refund eligibility.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

  • All videos and content created by Greenaway Videography are protected by copyright law.

  • You will receive a license to use the final video(s) for personal or commercial use, as specified in your contract.

  • Greenaway Videography retains the right to use footage and promotional materials created for the project for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Usage Rights

You are granted a limited license to use the final video for personal or business purposes, subject to the terms of the contract. Any distribution, commercial use, or editing of the video without permission is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Services

For certain services, such as drone footage, music licensing, or stock footage, Greenaway Videography may use third-party providers. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions for such third-party content have been obtained if applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

Greenaway Videography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

11. Force Majeure

Greenaway Videography is not responsible for failure to perform due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, illness, accidents, or government actions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a solution.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information provided to us will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments to Terms

Greenaway Videography reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of England and Wales.
